Beginners
are encouraged to attend the 5PM classes if their
schedule permits. If
they attend later classes at 6PM and 7PM this is acceptable. Check with
our staff for the best times to attend. Saturdays
are OPEN CLASS to all
ranks with class time generally extended to well over an hour, including
activities such as sparring and self-defense drills.
Saturday is a good
class if you can only attend one class in a particular week. Additional
focus on children is offered in the Young Tigers
classes, though children may attend at any class
time, and adults may attend during the Young Tigers
class time.
